Country law. Introduced in... somewhere between 2006-2008. As far as I know no schools follow it and teachers usually hold the phones until the rest of the class (with one notable exception or two...).

@David Yeah you would and depending on your setup, you may need to do that anyway. But I didn't go into any other see besides the actually gradient.

School's law or country law?
Most schools ban them, some teachers follow it, some don't. Moreso, most don't or only hold it for the rest of the class.

On a side note: here in Portugal, it is actually illegal for students to have cellphones in school! O_O Everybody disagreed with that decision, including teachers, so it is not enforced. But in here they will surely take away your cell phone if you are using it in class, and only give it back to the parents.

wouldn't you have to add a background-repeat: repeat-x for the fallback to the 1px wide image to work correctly?

i could probably write up an ahk script the switch the keys, my moms mini is the same way.
I look the question up a while ago, but a cant remember :/ i want to say dual core = 2.4ghz, quad thread = 1.2ghz % 4 (it splits a core up 4 times to let it work on 4 things at a time instead of 1 thing)
